Refund policy

We will accept exchanges on items that are unused, clean and in their original packaging. We have a 15-days exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for return shipping label costs. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. We will send a return label via email but the shipping cost amount will have to be paid thru Pay pal, ATH MOVIL or credit card.

Return Labels Fees might vary depending on the weight.

Policy below:

• Only garments in original condition that haven't been worn will be accepted.

• Exchanges must be made within 15 days since the day of delivery.

• Exchanges are processed once the item is received and inspected.

• Original shipping fees are not refundable.

• Client will pay return shipping label cost.

***Products made using the print-on-demand technique, once they enter production mode, orders will not be canceled, and no returns will be accepted. The estimated shipping time is 5 to 7 business days. You will receive it in a separate package.
