We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for the package once it is handed over to the postal service, for lost packages, or for addresses written incorrectly.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay for the shipping again.

Shipments are made within an approximate time frame of 3 to 7 business days.

The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the postal service.

All packages are sent through USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, allowing you to file any claims directly with the postal service if the package does not reach its destination.

The address used for the shipping label will be the one from the order, as it appears on our online store platform, not the address from PayPal or any other place. Please make sure to write the address correctly, as it will not be compared or confirmed with any other platform.

***Products that are made using the print-on-demand technique, once they enter production mode, orders will not be canceled, and no returns will be accepted. The estimated shipping time is 5 to 7 business days. You will receive it in a separate package.
